Anne Landreman has worked in different media for over forty years, from drawing and printmaking to painting, using watercolor, gouache and most recently, acrylic. Based in Minneapolis, she has also taught art on several levels, including as an artist-in-residence at many Twin Cities area schools, where she created large-scale murals and installations. She also worked as an art specialist for 18 years at Diamond Path School of International Studies in Apple Valley, Minn., as an instructor at the Bloomington Art Center, and as an adjunct professor teaching art-related courses for Mankato State University and Augsburg University in Minneapolis.
Anne received an art degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Master's degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minn. She has done additional coursework at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
When she is not painting in her studio, she enjoys swimming, biking, traveling and attending arts and cultural events in the Twin Cities. Anne feels fortunate to spend time with her husband, children, and grandchild.
